Things to do
Eat and drink
Four places to eat and drink, all fictional and all placed where a real one would thrive: a dock restaurant on the river in Stuart, a coffee counter downtown, a tiki bar on the Jensen Beach causeway and a Saturday market in Palm City.
We write these the way we would describe a real place: what it is good at, what it costs, when it is busy and whether you can get there by boat. The coast’s real restaurants are easy to find; we leave the reviews to people who have eaten there.
Smoked fish dip, a grouper sandwich and a key lime pie are the three things to try once each. Everything else is personal.
